All costs that are incurred for the client during the planning and execution process are not marked up.  We utilize pass through billing.

We don't take the hotel commission.  Instead we waive it and pass the savings on to the client or attendee.   

We'll help you find the perfect venue for your event, whether it's a conference center, hotel ballroom, or outdoor space. We'll also handle all of the logistics of venue management, including contracts and permits.  If you don't have a vendor in place, we can make recommendations and source, not taking a commission or up charging.  

We are 100% transparent in our billing.  We only bill for the hours worked.  Project hours are reported on a weekly basis.  If we are tracking less, it only means more money to bring your vision to life.
